Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania Holding AB (publ) and its subsidiaries (“Titania") in connection with the acquisition of the property Järfälla Barkarby 2:92 (the "Property") and the entry into a construction credit facilities agreement in a total amount of SEK 847.2 million with, among others, Kinnerton Credit Management A/S, for the purpose of financing the construction and development of the Property.

Titania is a property company with a focus on self-development of housing in the Stockholm region and is responsible for major urban development projects from the early stages of the zoning planning process to completed new residential areas. Titania is listed on Nasdaq First North.
