Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in International Personal Finance's issue of notes under its EMTN programme

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised ABG Sundal Collier in International Personal Finance's issue of senior unsecured notes in an amount of SEK 1 billion under its EMTN programme. The notes have been admitted to trading on the Frankfurt Open Market.

International Personal Finance is the holding company of a global consumer finance business, helping people excluded from mainstream finance to access credit.
