Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in NP3 Fastigheter’s issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 400 million under the existing MTN programme with a total framework amount of SEK 5 billion. NP3 Fastigheter is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised NP3 Fastigheter with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg and senior associate Simon Wetterholm.
