Gernandt & Danielsson has appointed Erika Olofsson and Daniel McKiernan as counsels.

Erika Olofsson joined the firm as an associate in 2012 and primarily works with private M&A as well as investment programs for private equity companies. As counsel, Erika will continue to work with a broad range of matters but will also have a special focus on public and private incentive and investments programs.

On 1 September 2023, Daniel McKiernan joins Gernandt & Danielsson as counsel within Dispute Resolution. He comes from a position as Expert in construction with a focus on international arbitration and Swedish court proceedings at Vinge. Daniel has extensive experience of advising Swedish and international parties before courts and arbitral tribunals under various arbitration rules, such as ICC and SCC. The disputes have concerned construction, infrastructure, advanced technology plants, wind power as well as other energy projects
