Corinne has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2015. She has more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of corporate practice areas in a number of different sectors. Corinne is specialized in private and public M&A and has advised on a large number of domestic and cross-border transactions. Corinne also has considerable experience in advising private equity clients in connection with investments in, and disposals of, portfolio companies, especially in the financial and technology industry. Corinne regularly advises on corporate law and several types of commercial contracts and is a university lecturer.
