Senior Associate

Martin works with unfair competition and intellectual property law including related dispute resolution and contracts. He holds experience as litigator before the Swedish patent and market courts and the European Court of Justice, and as counsel in arbitration proceedings. Martin is also experienced in advising in relation to all steps of consumer-related supervisory actions and drafting of agreements related to intellectual property such as licensing.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Industrikraft when Industrikraft and Vattenfall enter into agreement on new nuclear power in Sweden

Industrikraft i Sverige AB, an industrial consortium, has signed an agreement with Vattenfall AB to acquire 20 per cent of the shares in Videberg Kraft AB. Industrikraft consists of ABB, Alfa Laval, Boliden, Hitachi Energy, Höganäs AB, SSAB, Saab, Stora Enso and the Volvo group. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026.
