Pär is a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson. He has extensive experience of private and public M&A and equity capital markets in a number of different sectors. Pär also has extensive experience of advising private equity clients in connection with investments in and disposals of portfolio companies. He has a broad range of experience from transactions within these practice areas, such as privately negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, public takeovers, joint ventures and private equity investments as well as public equity offerings and private placements. Pär specialises in securities law and corporate law.
