Peter Forsberg heads the EU- and competition law practice and specialises in EU and competition law with particular focus on Swedish and international merger control, competition law investigations, disputes and court litigation, compliance work and other aspects of competition law as well as foreign direct investment (FDI) control before competition authorities, sector agencies and courts.


Peter is recognised as a leading practitioner within EU and competition law by international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Lexology Index (Who’s Who Legal).
