Corporate/Capital Markets

The Corporate/Capital markets team handles all transaction-related matters in fields including, among others, banking and finance, company law, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, private and public M&A, private equity, real estate M&A, commercial contracts and restructuring and insolvency.

The team is lead by Carl Westerberg, Fredrik Palm and Mikael Borg.
