History and values

Gernandt & Danielsson was founded in 1992 when a group of partners and their colleagues decided to leave what was then one of the largest law firms in Sweden, in order to establish a firm of their own. The new firm was relatively small but worked on large, complex, and often international matters from the start. The client base was mainly in the financial sector.

International

A large proportion of Gernandt & Danielsson’s work is focused on international matters and we are often appointed as lead counsel in cross-border transactions and disputes.
