Gernandt & Danielsson has appointed Fredrik Haräng as counsel

Fredrik Haräng joined the firm as associate in 2014 and practises in the area of private and public transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, and initial public offerings. In addition, his practice covers restructurings and insolvency with experience from complex restructurings of issuers of capital market instruments. He also advises on securities law, corporate law, and commercial contracts.
