Fredrik practises in the area of private and public transactions and works with matters such as acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, and initial public offerings. In addition, his practice covers restructurings and insolvency with experience from complex restructurings of issuers of capital market instruments. He also advises on securities law, corporate law, and commercial contracts.
