No later than 1 June, Peter Forsberg joins Gernandt & Danielsson as partner. Peter joins from Snellman where he has led the EU and Competition team.
Peter is recognised as a leading EU and Competition expert and has particular focus on Swedish and international merger control, competition law investigations, litigation and disputes, compliance work, as well as regulatory matters and foreign direct investment (FDI) control before competition authorities, sector agencies and courts.
