Gernandt & Danielsson advises Polystar Instruments on sale to Elisa Corporation

Polystar Instruments AB has today entered into an agreement for the sale of all shares in Polystar OSIX AB and affiliated companies to Elisa Corporation.

Polystar OSIX is a provider of software solutions for analytics, assurance and monitoring to mobile operators The purchase price on a cash and debt free basis amounted to EUR 70 million, with an additional acquisition price of an additional EUR 5 million if growth targets are achieved.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised Polystar Instruments in connection with the sale with a team consisting primarily of partners Mats Hugoson and Rolf Larsson, senior associate Oscar Anderson and associate Pierre Olsson.
