Mats also has extensive experience in advising private equity clients in connection with investments in, and disposals of, portfolio companies. He has a broad range of experience with transactions within these practice areas, including privately negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, private equity investments, and private placements. Mats is also highly experienced with various commercial agreements, such as cooperation agreements, licensing, outsourcing, distribution, and other commercial agreements in the banking and finance/FinTech, IT, technology, and media sectors.
