Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Voi's issuance of subsequent corporate bonds and a concurrent written procedure under its outstanding bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Voi Technology AB (publ) (“Voi") in connection with its issue of subsequent corporate bonds in a total amount of EUR 40 million within its existing framework of EUR 125 million, as well as in connection with Voi's concurrent written procedure under its outstanding bonds. Voi will apply for admission to trading of the subsequent bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
