Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Svea Bank AB (publ) (“Svea Bank”) in its issue of Tier 2 bonds in a total amount of SEK 400 million and the concurrent redemption of Svea Bank’s outstanding SEK 300 million Tier 2 bonds 2020/2030.
