Gernandt & Danielsson advise TMF Invest AB in the acquisition of EB Road Cargo Holding AB

Gernandt & Danielsson advised TMF Invest AB (“TMF”) in connection with its acquisition of EB Road Cargo Holding AB from EB Gruppen AB.

EB Road Cargo is a transport and logistics group comprising approximately 580 vehicles and 430 employees across twelve offices in Sweden. TMF is a investment company with subsidiaries in sectors including property and equipment hire.
