Gernandt & Danielsson advises Cint in connection with public offer

On 27 April 2026, a consortium consisting of Triton Fund 6, Bolero, Patrick Comer and Brett Schnittlich announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Cint Group AB (publ). The offer values all shares in Cint at SEK 1,989 million. The board of directors of Cint recommends the shareholders to accept the offer.
