Gernandt & Danielsson advises HLL Hyreslandslaget on its acquisition of BinSell

HLL Hyreslandslaget (“HLL”) announced on 21 August 2026 that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire Bin-Sell Sverige AB (“BinSell”), conditional on customary regulatory approval. BinSell is a leading specialist in lifting and heavy handling with a 75-year history. The company offers rental of mobile cranes, tower cranes and truck-mounted cranes, together with related services, to customers in infrastructure, industry and construction. Together with HLL and its future subsidiary Herok, the businesses see a significant opportunity to strengthen the customer offering and drive growth.
