Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Accru Partners' issue of bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Accru Partners' issue of senior secured corporate bonds of EUR 550 million. Accru Partners will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm.

ABG Sundal Collier AB, Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial, DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ), Nordea Bank Abp, Nykredit Bank A/S and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners in relation to the bond issue.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises the joint bookrunners with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Mikael Bolling, senior associates Katarina Odelberg Folke and Alexander Thörnberg, and associates Vanessa Sidlo and Viktor Lundberg.
