Gernandt & Danielsson advises Arctic Securities in DSI Holding’s issuance of subsequent senior secured bonds in the amount of EUR 50 million under a framework of EUR 150 million.

DSI Holding GmbH is part of DYWIDAG Group, a specialist engineering business providing products and services to stabilise ground and to construct or strengthen concrete and steel structures. DYWIDAG was founded in 1865 and is headquartered in Munich.
