Gernandt & Danielsson advises in FairWind's issue of subsequent sustainability-linked bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in connection with Force BidCo A/S ("FairWind") issue of subsequent sustainability-linked bonds in a total amount of EUR 20 million within its existing framework of EUR 150 million. FairWind will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige has acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the bond issue.
