Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Flower's issue of secured bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Flower German Tolling AB's (publ) ("Flower") issue of senior secured corporate bonds of SEK 600 million within a framework of SEK 750 million. Flower will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. ABG Sundal Collier AB and Nordea Bank Abp acted as joint bookrunners in relation to the bond issue.
