Gernandt & Danielsson advises in HLL’s issuance of subsequent senior secured bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in HLL BondCo AB (publ)’s (“HLL”) issuance of subsequent senior secured bonds in the amount of SEK 425 million within its existing framework of SEK 850 million. HLL will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
