Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Nordiska’s issue of AT1 bonds and redemption of existing AT1 bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Bankaktiebolaget Nordiska (publ) (“Nordiska") in its issue of perpetual additional tier 1 bonds in a total amount of SEK 200 million and the concurrent redemption of its outstanding SEK 100 million additional tier 1 bonds. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Nordiska intends to apply for admission to trading of the new additional tier 1 bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
