Gernandt & Danielsson advises Pioneer Acquisition I Corp in connection with its business combination with Green AI Cloud

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Pioneer Acquisition I Corp, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, in connection with its business combination with Green AI Cloud, a super compute AI cloud service platform based in Stockholm, Sweden.

The transaction, which among other things requires approval by Pioneer’s shareholders values Green AI Cloud at a pre-money equity value of USD 300 million and implies a pro forma enterprise value of approximately USD 525 million (assuming no redemptions by existing Pioneer public shareholders).
