Gernandt & Danielsson advises the Joint Bookrunners in connection with EQT’s sale of shares in Enity

On 11 May 2026, Butterfly HoldCo Pte. Ltd, a company indirectly controlled by the EQT VII fund, carried out a sale of its remaining shareholding in Enity Holding AB (publ) at a total consideration of approximately SEK 768 million. ABG Sundal Collier AB, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the sale.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised the Joint Bookrunners with a team consisting of partners Fredrik Palm and Daniel Sveen as well as associate Olle Häglund.
