Gernandt & Danielsson advises Union Investment in the sale of the shopping centre Sisjö Entré in Gothenburg

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH in the sale of the shopping centre Sisjö Entré. The property covers a total of 15,310 square metres and is strategically located in Sisjön – one of Gothenburg's most expansive commercial and business areas. Financial closing took place at the turn of the year and practical closing took place in January 2026. The transaction took place through the divestment of the shares in the property owning company.
