Gernandt & Danielsson advises Verve Group Media SE in connection with its relocation to Ireland

On 2 October 2026, Verve Group Media SE relocated its registered office from Sweden to Ireland. After the relocation, the company's shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The relocation required extensive cooperation with, and coordination of, the relevant marketplaces and central securities depositories for the implementation of the book-entry and settlement structure following the relocation, as well as coordination of Swedish, Irish and German corporate governance, disclosure and corporate law matters.
