Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Aqurat Fondkommission on the issuance of a Tier 2 instrument

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Aqurat Fondkommission AB ("Aqurat") in connection with the issuance of a subordinated loan intended to qualify as Tier 2 capital under the applicable capital adequacy regulations.

On 13 July 2026, Aqurat was granted authorisations by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to deal on own account and to underwrite and place financial instruments on a firm commitment basis, including services related to such underwriting. Following the extended authorisations, Aqurat has now strengthened its own funds through the issuance of the Tier 2 loan.
