Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Holmström Fastigheter in relation to its divestment of shares in certain joint ventures with Vincero Fastigheter comprising 3,200 homes to Hines

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Holmström Fastigheter in connection with its divestment to global real estate investor and manager Hines of its 50% stake in Vincero Fastigheter 5 AB and Vincero Fastigheter 8 AB, which are joint ventures that Holmström Fastigheter have owned with the Vincero group. The joint ventures comprise building rights to 3,200 homes in the Stockholm area with a total value of over SEK 10 billion upon completion.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Holmström Fastigheter with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Mikael Bolling, senior associates Alexander Thörnberg, Joel Olsson and Jessica Khoo, and associate Oliver Ågren.
