Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Arlandastad Group’s issue of corporate bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Arlandastad Group’s issue of senior unsecured corporate bonds in an amount of SEK 300 million under a framework of SEK 600 million. Arlandastad Group will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Arlandastad Group’s bond issue with a team consisting of partner Mikael Bolling, senior associate Simon Wetterholm and associate Ayda Jakobsson Hatay.
