Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisjakt AB (publ) in connection with the IPO and listing of the company's ordinary shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The first day of trading was 23 October 2026. In connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland as well as institutional investors were invited to acquire existing ordinary shares in Prisjakt at SEK 205.4 million (or SEK 236.2 million if the overallotment option is exercised in full). The price per ordinary share in the offering was SEK 31, corresponding to a valuation of all ordinary shares in the company of SEK 675 million.
