Gernandt & Danielsson has represented Nordkinn Asset Management AB in the fund company’s establishment and application for authorisation with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

On 23 April 2013, Nordkinn Asset Management AB received SFSA authorisation to conduct fund operations via the special master fund Nordkinn Fixed Income Macro Master Fund and six special feeder funds. Nordkinn Asset Management AB commenced operations on 1 July 2013.
