Gernandt & Danielsson has represented Crescit Asset Management AB in the fund company’s establishment and application for authorisation with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

On 22 February 2013, Crescit Asset Management AB received SFSA authorisation to conduct fund operations via the special fund “Crescit”. Crescit Asset Management AB commenced operations in late March 2013.
