Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) has acquired Tail-f Systems AB (“Tail-f”), a company specialized in orchestration solutions for traditional and virtualized networks, for USD 175 million. Gernandt & Danielsson has advised the sellers of Tail-f in the transaction.

Tail-f is a market leader in multi-vendor network service orchestration solutions for traditional and virtualized networks. Tail-f’s products help service providers and enterprise IT organizations to implement applications, network services and solutions across networking devices.
