The shares in NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) ("NP3") has today been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. NP3 is a real estate company focusing on the northern parts of Sweden and with a property value of approx. SEK 3.2 billion. As part of the company's preparation for the IPO it carried out a private placement of shares, in the amount of approx. SEK 380 million, in June 2014.

In the share issue in connection with the IPO the subscription price was SEK 30 per share and the total issue volume SEK 230 million (including an over-allotment option of SEK 30 million). The subscription price corresponds to a total market cap of all shares issued by NP3 (following share issue and use of the over-allotment option) of approx. SEK 1.5 billion.
Catella Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor and Avanza Bank has acted as issuing house and selling agent in the IPO.

Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal adviser in connection with the private placement and the IPO.
