Jones Lang LaSalle buys Tenzing from management, Arvid Svensson and Ramsbury.

The international property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle has acquired Tenzing, one of the leading transaction advisors in the property market. The acquisition will create the largest player in the real estate consulting business.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised the sellers by a team consisting mainly of partner Bob Johanson and associates Johanna Lindholm, Fredrik Francke-Rydén and Helén Landenberg.
