The owners of Ramuddenbolagen AB, a specialist provider of temporary traffic control devices and services in Sweden Norway and Finland, have entered into a partnership with IK Investment Partners’ IK VII Fund.

Ramuddenbolagen and its subsidiaries delivers products and services for temporary traffic control solutions, including the rental of essential equipment (such as traffic barriers and guide signs), traffic arrangement plans, education programmes, surveillance and maintenance services.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised the owners of Ramuddenbolagen in the transaction with a team consisting of the partner Mikael Borg and the associates Corinne Ekman, Johanna Lindholm and Erika Olofsson, counsel Rolf Larsson (competition law) and the partner Andreas Holmqvist and the associate Sofia Ungh (labour law).
