Gernandt & Danielsson assisted Crescit Asset Management AB in connection with their permit application at Finansinspektionen according to the law of administration of alternative investment funds

On April 2nd 2014, Crescit Asset Management became/were allowed to administer alternative investment funds in accordance with the law of administration of alternative investment funds (LAIF). Crescit Asset Management are thus one of the first fund companies in Sweden to be permitted administering alternative investement funds according to LAIF. LAIF was applied on July 22nd 2013, implementing the EU-directive regarding administration of alternative investment funds.

The Gernandt & Danielsson team has consisted of Partner Niclas Rockborn as well as assisting Associates Nils Unckel, Josefin Ström and Björn Dahlén.
