Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Serendipity Innovation's issue of preference shares in a total maximum amount of 100 million SEK, with the possibility for the board of directors to increase the issue by an additional 75 million SEK. The preference shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq First North Premier on 4 March 2015.

On 11 February 2015 Serendipity Innovations AB (publ) published an offer to subscribe for preference shares in the company. The offer is directed to the public in Sweden and institutional investors and amounts to a total of maximum 100 million SEK, with the possibility for the board of directors to increase the issue by an additional 75 million SEK. The preference shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq First North Premier on 4 March 2015.
Serendipity Innovations is a technologies house with specialist competence in innovation processes and technical services. Lately Serendipity has increased its operations mainly within the technical services business through acquisitions of S:t Eriks Hiss, KM Hiss & Portservice and ManKan Hiss, which provide services to install, maintain, and modernise elevators, and the acquisition of EuroTech Sire System, focused on uninterruptible power supply services.
