Gernandt & Danielsson advises Volati in relation to its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

The shares in Volati AB (publ) have on 30 November 2016 been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden and qualified investors were offered newly issued ordinary shares corresponding to approximately 24 per cent of the total number of ordinary shares in the company. In addition to the offering of ordinary shares, Volati’s preference shares, which have been traded on Nasdaq First North Premier since June 2015, were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Volati is a Swedish industrial group that acquires and develops companies with an emphasis on long-term value creation. The group comprises some 40 operating companies divided into 13 business units organised in three business areas: trading, industry and consumer. The operations are conducted in 15 countries, with a total of approximately 1,300 employees and annual sales of more than SEK 3 billion.
