The bonds are issued within the framework amount of SEK 1,000,000,000. The company has undertaken to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds may be used for repayment of the company’s existing debt, repurchase of the company’s outstanding bonds with ISIN SE0008014690 and for general corporate purposes.
