Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Compactor Fastigheter AB (publ)’s issue of corporate bonds amounting to SEK 500,000,000. The company has undertaken to list the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds will be used towards general corporate purposes, including acquisitions of shares and real estate assets.
