Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Länsförsäkringar Liv’s divestment of real estates to Humlegården. In connection with the divestment, Länsförsäkringar Liv becomes a part owner of Humlegården.

The aggregate underlying property value is approximately SEK 2 billion and the purchase price for the shares in the real estate holding companies comprises of newly issued shares equivalent to approximately 11.6 per cent of all shares and votes in Humlegården. Humlegården owns approximately 50 real estates in Stockholm with a combined market value of approximately SEK 20 billion.
