Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal counsel to Volati AB (publ) in its issue of corporate bonds amounting to SEK 600 million within a framework amount of SEK 1 billion. The company intends to apply for listing of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds will be used towards repurchase of Akademibokhandeln Holding AB (publ)’s outstanding bond loan and for general corporate purposes.

Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in Akademibokhandeln Holding AB (publ)’s invitation to bondholders regarding tender of the company’s outstanding bonds. The aggregate principal amount of bonds validly tendered amounts to SEK 192 million.
