Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden Bostad AB's (publ) ("Heimstaden Bostad") establishment of an EMTN-programme and issue of notes thereunder at a total amount of SEK 10.6 billion.

The notes constitutes Heimstaden Bostad's first multi-tranche issue under a newly established EMTN-programme. The volume issued amounts to 10.6 billion SEK which is one of the largest issues made in the Nordics by a real estate company. Maturity dates range between 2 to 5.5 years in four tranches with different currencies. The proceeds shall primarily be used towards repayment of secured bank loans with shorter maturity dates in accordance with the criteria specified by S&P required to confirm Heimstaden Bostad's preliminary rating of BBB- (stable outlook).
