Gernandt & Danielsson advised Geely in its acquisition of 88.47 million A-shares and 78.77 million B-shares from Cevian Capital, corresponding to approximately 8 per cent of the shares and 15 per cent of the votes in AB Volvo. The acquisition is conditional upon governmental approvals.
