Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Transcom’s issue of senior secured notes at an initial amount of EUR 180 million, at a fixed rate of interest of 6.5 per cent. per annum, with the possibility to issue subsequent notes. Transcom has undertaken to list the notes on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The notes proceeds will be used towards the refinancing of existing debt as well as for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
